We produce eight series of mass finishing media as brown aluminum oxide, porcelain, white aluminum oxide, pink aluminum oxide, high aluminum oxide porcelain, silicon carbide, plastic and more than thousand specifications. There are different shapes: ball, cylinder, angle-cut cylinder, triangle, angle-cut triangle, tri-star, grain, cone etc. Besides, we can produce and supply polishing media of special shapes and specifications designed according to customers demands. Important is the right selection of shape and specifications according to the material, shape and surface condition of workpiece and its demands for finish and brightness.

1.        Polishing using the small granularity media should be chosen and for heavy finishing the bigger granularity media should be used.

2.        The media should not be over big when used for processing small workpieces while the media should not be too small for processing large workpieces .

3.        The hardness of the media should be decided according to the efficiency of processing and polishing consumption.

4.        For processing the workpieces with holes or troughs, the media should be 1.5 times large than the hole or trough while the small media should be 1/3 smaller than the hole or trough.

5.        The rate of the media and workpieces should be 3:1-10:1 and be adjusted according to heavy or light processing.
